Ambient Temperature Profiles
This page gives full details of the Ambient Temperature Profiles used to qualify the SherpaSystem. Each SherpaSystem is qualified to a minimum of 2 ambient profiles. It is required to pass all specified profiles to be approved.

System Diagram
This large exploded diagram works as the key reference point for the packing team. Each part is labelled and clear instructions are given regarding part name and location and any specific pre - packaging temperature conditioning requirements.
System Specification
This list is a quick reference for all parts contained within the SherpaSystem, as well as data relating to the final packed solution (external size, total weight and volumetric weight).

Test Result
The Test Result page will show a time/temperature graph of the system’s performance during the test (there will be more than one of these featured within a single report).
Details of where each temperature is taken from are referenced and linked by colour code to the graph.
A short results table is included for quick reference.
A list of the equipment used during each specific test is also included on this page and will link to the calibration certificates at the end of the report.

Appendix A: Test Criteria
This page combines all key testing requirements. These are then broken into three key categories (Product, Shipping and Other) this table is a good point of review when considering the system’s suitability for specific products and environments.

Appendix C: Tables of Reading
To enable a total review of the system’s performance full tables of readings are included within the Qualification Report. The SCA Cool Logistics standard reading intervals are set at 10 minutes.
