ISO14001 is an internationally recognised standard that gives us the tools required to reduce our environmental impact and stay legally compliant with the ever changing environmental legislation.

From the environmentally-friendly sensor lighting system, and the initiative to replace desk-side waste paper bins with communal recycling hubs, through to installing industrial cardboard and plastic bailers, and setting up scrap return agreements with our suppliers - we are always looking at ways which we can be more green.

Furthermore, SCA Cool Logistics have set up multiple sites around the world to provide local manufacture and supply solutions to our customers closer to home. Having a global customer base will inevitably increase an organisation’s impact due to the need for cross-continental transportation of goods. These local sites allow us to minimise our carbon footprint by minimising freight distance and in turn reducing cost and lead times for orders which is essential in today’s fast-paced marketplace.

Can I recycle your products?
SCA Cool Logistics offer a recycling scheme for customers and end users of our products. Please contact us for more information regarding the scheme or for recycling information on specific products.

Can I reuse your products?
Products are supplied as and guaranteed only for single use unless otherwise stated. Product Cooling components can be reused, though it is recommended that the integrity of the outer material be checked for damage (i.e. when thawed, each pack should be checked that it is not leaking). Are any of your products classed as Hazardous Waste?
